Help with box code

Hey guys I got a box of Monte No 2s from a respectable source (not our host) but I haven't ripped into them yet.

It's a box of RAE MAY 15. Curious if anyone has had any from there.

I have a Monte #4 with that box code.

I also had a box of Monte 4 with that code.

Seeing as how RAE was the 4th most common factory code offered on the 24:24 from July 2015 to May 2016 I'd assume there are plenty of RAE Monte 2s out there. RAE was also the code that produced the second-most PSP/HQ offerings behind EML. So it's a good code.

I have a box of Partagas Serie E No2 with that box code (RAE NOV13). I smoked a few and they have been good so far

RAE is a better than average code. To the right of the quality bell curve.

I have had Monte 2, Part. D4, BBF, and Monte 4 from RAE March15-July15 and they have all been near perfect.  I just mentioned to a member today in a PM discussion that RAE March-July were some of the nicest cigars I've ever seen and smoked.  Let us know what you think.

I can now attest to this as well. Was a great smoke. I can tell however that these will benefit from another 6-12 months
