Alright, a coupe episodes in with the new hosts. What does everyone think? Personally this is how I feel.

Chris Evans: "Holy crap I'm hosting Top Gear! I'm Really hosting Top Gear." As people look in astonishment as he looks through people when talking.

Matt LeBlanc: Seems like a guy with no sense of humor trying to act like he does have one...Or he is really funny and he's restrained thinking "Oh yeah, last guy got fired..." .He's an actor right? So what's the problem.

First episode just seemed like a big bromance and with two guys that were like deer in headlights. I really found it hard to engage in and kept rewinding and watching parts I spaced out with. Second episode I really realized also that the guest stars also seemed not to be engaged. I watched a behind the scenes with Damian Lewis and also during the interview and he just did not maintain eye contact like he was avoiding or maybe just like he didn't want to be there but he got paid a lot of money to be there.

I tried to give it a chance and I will probably try to watch a few more to see if it evolves to anything better but really, so far these guys are like trying to mix water and oil. So far I like the American Top Gear better.

Can't go back.  The american actor Matt whatever is a hack from a show in the states that was a hit . If you were part

of that scene and age group and livied in NY City like also the Sienfeld show then that sort of comedy was right up your alley.

These program fit a nich which living in NY area was never targeted to my gender and age group.  To me both

of these program from the 90's stunk and even more so with "Friends" with Matt whatever.

Can't replace the org. cast of top year.  Best show in terms of tv viewers the BBC produced during most

of the years they were on.  They should of kept them, BBC had a winner / cracker of a show.  By the way

the american verision of "Top Gear" is just down right shit!

Well my era was that Friends show but I HATED IT. No offence, but Joey isn't a likeable guy for me which is another reason why I don't wish to watch the show. A very late attempt to cash in on your past fame IMO though in saying that, the fad that was Friends to many has long out fashioned itself with even those fans I'd imagine maturing and moving on.

My son and I were flicking through Netflix a couple months back, he selected "Lost in space", I forgot that this guy was in it, and whilst the movie overall is pretty s**t, Joey made it a whole lot worse. Nope, the New Top gear isn't for me and I feel there are enough old episodes of Top Gear to keep me entertained for a long time. :)
