After an unexpected delay, Davidoff's Houston Flagship Store is open for business.

It features an open, non-members cigar lounge and a Houston only Davidoff Houston Edition cigar that can only be purchased at this store.

A Davidoff-branded shop opened in Nashville last September. Still pretty much empty all the time. This isn't the 80s, when people were eating the faux riche thing up.

It looks really nice, but I don't think they would appreciate me bringing my Cubans to smoke! Also, it doesn't look like they have a bar, which is a big minus.

As a Houstonian this is neat to see. I don't know that I'll take advantage of it often, but will certainly stop by and check out the digs.
