Bulldog4 Posted April 17, 2016 Share Posted April 17, 2016 how from vancouver had to chime in technically no smoking lounges or places as someone already said best place to get cigars is city cigar. there are a few pubs who skirt the rules and let you smoke on the patio. both are in north vancouver hop on the seabus its like 10mins away from downtown one pub is sailor Haggars the other is the rusty gull pub.. msg me when you arrive meet up for drinks and stogies! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
