There are few things that taste better than something cooked long and slow with smoke and over indirect heat. Texas style, Kansas City style, Carolina style, Korean barbecue, char siu, it’s all delicious. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, sausages, turkey, chicken, it’s all good. CanuckSARTech Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Just awesome. Kansas style and Memphis style are my favourites. We actually have a BBQ restaurant near my work that specializes in those two, and their sauces are just AWESOME. 1
