Rare partagas salamones?

I was gifted by a beautiful partagas salamones. It has two bands. One bigger with a 15 anniversario text and another smaller la casa del habano band.

Any ideas?

Pretty sure its a stock Parti Sal that was rebanded and given away at last years Partagas Festival in November

The La Casa banded sticks w/o gold paint or embossing are ordinary sticks. Smoke it.
