Rolling Stones For Cuba?

I saw the Stones when they came to Indianapolis this summer, and I was blown away at how good they sounded. I figured for as old as they all are, it would be a little rough. But they were great. A show in Cuba would be really special. Hope this happens.

Under the US State Department's 12 Categories of permissible travel to Cuba, one is "7. Public performances, clinics, workshops, athletic and other competitions, and exhibitions". I wonder if visiting Cuba to see the Stones play would fall under that. With what after market tickets were going for in Milwaukee this summer, it would be about the cost of a flight to Cuba.

I saw a short documentary about the free concert the Stones did in Brazil 5 or 10

years ago. The focus of the film was on the logistics of the endeavor rather than the music and it was fascinating. I wonder if they would do a similar event in Cuba.
