Hupmann Mag. 56 LE

I too have reached the point in my cigar journey where LE releases aren't quite as exciting for me as they once were.

Specifically, I think it's because, for me, the H.Upmann Magnum 46 and 50 are already quality cigars, the H.Upmann 2009 48 LE was less than stellar (or am I wrong?) and I am somewhat perplexed what the 2015 56 LE can improve on in comparison to the magnum 46 and 50 for the price.

I agree with this. Don't try to fix something that isn't broken. Plus I'm not a fan of the bigger RG.

I'm torn about this one because I love a 54 ringguage(sublimes, e2, etc) and I also love h upmann. If it was an le release like the 56 I would avoid it completely. Don't get me wrong I would love a dalia, mdo 2, or especiales sized h upmann much more. But I uspect the 54 will be a better cigar than the 56.

John, some of us are really enjoying the 48 LE's, I have been through 5 boxes, and have 4 to go, and the latest boxes (MOS box code) are stellar...

Haha...then I'm wrong! Or at least that MOS box code is a true winner. Similarly, I swear by the LSM FEB 08 Montecristo Anejados Churchill, whereas I'm still undecided in regards to my ROS ABR 08 cigars.

48s I've had were great. I don't really gravitate towards the 46 but love the mag 50.

It's the wallet rape that pisses me off.

I love the Mag 50, too. Sort of indifferent on the Mag 46.
