Hey all,

A hearty "Hello!" From beautiful York, Pa. I've been a casual cigar smoker since my early teens but just had my eyes opened to the world of CC. Learned a lot from the forum already, and really have enjoyed the video reviews especially. Another hobby of mine is coin-operated equipment (primarily pinball machines). In the process now of building a reasonable supply of smokes to age and enjoy over time.

Anyway, thanks everyone for sharing all the wisdom found on these pages, it's truly been helpful.

LOL. That was my SECOND post. The first one detailed plans for the weekend and how we just found out my wife is pregnant (unexpectedly) with our third child.

Edit: My first post was on the weekend. It is true my first post was about questionable cigars. Gosh, I really AM a noob.

They say it's the oldest fair in America, but probably not true (good marketing ploy though). I'm originally from New York but have been enjoying my time here. Been 10 years and it seems like I just got here. Not sure when you were here last, but IMHO the fair had gone downhill a bit. Still lots of fun but more like a firemans carnival than an old-time fair. Thank you for the welcome! Touch base if you are ever back around.

I am with you! Trying to stock up so I have enough to age a bit. I don't smoke daily buy enjoy a few on the weekends. Already realized the wisdom of getting more storage than you'll think you'll need, as repeated many times on this forum. Got two desktop humidors already and am contemplating a coolerdor...
