JohnnyCigar Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I visited Grand Cayman 7 years ago and went to the LCDH. I enjoyed it and picked up a few singles. I am going back this summer and can't wait! Anyone else visited this LCDH?
Habana Mike Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I dropped in middle of last month and spent some time with Walter. Valerio was not in at the time. Walter was kind enough to show me their collection which is quite extensive. I believe Valerio has every cigar from all the Habanos and Partagas festivals in there.

mi000ke Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 Stopped into Havana Club at the Westshore Plaza a couple of days ago while on holiday. This is the original location. Bought a Havana Club house cigar (Cuban tobacco) rolled on the premises. I got a pyramid, took it back to the apartment and did not get to smoke it for a couple of days where I let it sit in the plastic zip lock bag they packed it in. When I took it out this morning it felt incredibly soft, under filled, and so wet I thought it might drip. Humidity here is high, so dry boxing didn't seem an option. As my lovely wife gave me permission to smoke, and as our holiday is coming to an end I decided to go ahead with very low expectations. This stick turned out to be one of the best, most flavorful cigars (including both CC and non-CC) I have had the pleasure to smoke over the past 45 years. I was stunned. Lit up perfectly, burned perfectly and held its full-bodied flavor right to the nub. I went back and got a hand full to take home. Just hope that putting them in my humidor at 62 rh and letting them age a while doesn't ruin them If you get to the island be sure to stop in. I believe they have a different torrceodor at each location, so I can speak only for the Westshore shop.
