heard this from a mate and i really hope it is true.

seems one local community with numerous potholes was being ignored by local roadworks and councils. pleas fell on deaf ears. no one would do a thing.

so one anonymous gent has been going out late at night with his spray paint and drawing giant penises around each pothole. the council can't hack that so they turn up and fix the pothole.
