It says that a cigar needs to be lit, neither too quickly, nor too slowly, but at just a regular speed while taking small puffs.

Cool thanks guys. I think the date says its from 2002. The cigar is in poor shape and I just snagged it for 20 bucks for a memorabilia aspect. But I will admit it didn't look that rough in the photos. I'm regretting the money spent now lol. I never intended to smoke it but now I have no clue what to do with it haha.
