Can the experts please set me straight on this? If they all operate under one roof, is there really an Upmann and Partagas factory anymore?
El Presidente Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Partagas is now in the renovated ERDM factory (down the road from Romeo y Julieta). Upmann is fully operational as far as I know.
