Smalls Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 One has to believe that this KC small run in this post season will come to an end pretty soon here...no? I hope so... They only need to win 6 more now and they are done for the year...
gtejada Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 One has to believe that this KC small run in this post season will come to an end pretty soon here...no?[/They look like a team of destiny right now and IF they make it to WS they better win because they won't b able to pay these guys when they want more money. The Yankees, red sox will buy up all there good players and it will b another 30 yrs before you hear about the royals again.. I certainly hope so..
Smalls Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 I have to be honest and say that IF the Royals make it to the WS I really hope it isn't against the Cardinals. The Royals making it that far should be the story.... Not the dumb rematch crap from nearly 30 years ago. The Cardinals have been been good and have made it a few times. Would be a shame for the miraculous run of the Royals to get overshadowed.
Smalls Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPS!!! 4 more... Way to go Royals..
shlomo Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 ROYALS ROYALS ROYALS! I hope they bring Bo Jackson out for some ceremonial something or other. Brett was great, the best Royal ever no doubt, but Bo knows baseball! 1
tjohn7 Posted October 16, 2014 Author Posted October 16, 2014 I cannot believe the Royals made it to The Series. Incredible run!
Smalls Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 ROYALS ROYALS ROYALS! I hope they bring Bo Jackson out for some ceremonial something or other. Brett was great, the best Royal ever no doubt, but Bo knows baseball! I actually got to see Bo Jackson play in a couple games growing up as a kid in KC. I can say without question that he is the best overall athlete I have ever seen. Of course, I didn't realize that until much later, but the things he could do were amazing. 1
ramon_cojones Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 would love nothing more than the royals to win and giants to lose 1
ned Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 i am life long giants fan. so glad to see all the success they are having, i am hoping for the royals giants world series. i dont really care how many games it goes so long as my giants win 4 of them! hummm baby!
forgop Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Rooting for the Giants. My cousin is married to one of SF's starting pitchers and I've followed his career over the years. He should have made it to the WS several times if his prior teams got the run support they're giving in SF now. Got to experience going into the locker room in 2000 when Oakland clinched a playoff spot the last game of the season. Pretty cool stuff.
