Yupp!

Grab a tissue. Wrap around the cigar. And gently wipe like the wife ain't home.

Once you get all the white stuff out, it's perfectly smokable! :)

Note: check underneath the band, too. Many times mould grows there as well.

Thanks Malpepie. I did as you said, but I won't be smoking this just yet. Was just checking on my collection today and this is the only box with mold on some of the sticks.

My method is to use a very small, slightly stiff, oil paint brush. Works great, doesn't damage the wrapper and doesn't smear the mold all over the cigar.

My suggestion is to send one to the first 20 people to answer this topic. It's the only way to get a true and honest reading. We will get back to you with our findings and then you can develop an opinion from there. But from here it sure looks like mold.
