Popular Post El Presidente Posted September 9, 2014 Popular Post Posted September 9, 2014 There is a bit of construction noise in the background (yes...Ken will have neighbours shortly...I give them 3 months ) but it is workable. Thanks to Greg for cutting this crap as best he can 9
Rye Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Another great and amusing review! Ken, good on ya for not wanting to swap cigars, those are a little to big to be getting intimate with. Oh, what's the jug collection for?
tagheuer Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Another great review again Gents !!! And thanks for sharing a good laugh, especially the outtakes part.
tjohn7 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Nothing like a discussion of premature ejaculation whilst smoking a phallic shaped object haha. Classic. 2
NJP Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 "Ostracised from polite society" love it. My mother says it about her with my drinking sessions.
subport Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 A classy again, thank you Gents. Btw I am with Ken. I am a slow cigar smoker absolutely. Always been. But Ken is right with the last third. Here is my quick post when I tried it first: "Posted 28 June 2014 - 02:47 PM First out of my box, well first ever Coni A for me. LUB ENE 14. The first two third was glorious and I felt lots of room to go in the last one." I am going to smoke another one on this week just to confirm, altough I have already decided to put them away for a year at least to start with. Maybe it's time for another box to age, hahaha
mbrody Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Great review. Been enjoying these young - #1 in the rotation.
jabster Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 I agree with the question what are all those bottles in the background? Kind of off putting, is Ken saving all his lemon tree fertiliser? Sent from me

AndrewNR Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Damn.. Connie A sounds really good. I've always been keen to try a Winnie.. one day. And to be fair I did hand deliver some salami once. Can't wear that obviously and I'm sure it doesn't make up for Kens revolving wardrobe.. but its something! Got some Lonza coming down soon actually.. maybe I'll do a post up when its all finished showing the process.. But I may try find a way to get some of that to you. I'm just not sure how it'll go being posted in spring/summer
jvel79 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Great review guys. Looking forward to trying one of these in the near future.
Shikar Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Awesome review. Always enjoy it. Ordered a box and will see how they turn out. Regards.
davidsan Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 I enjoyed one of these last night on my balcony after a long day in the office. Was an amazing smoke and the final third was an absolute treasure. I may have to back it up again tonight with another.

rickmccarey Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Smoked another one last night after your review. The first one I had I was a little underwhelmed. But each one I've had after has been better and better.
cigarsmoke Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 The Connie A's are one of the best cigars coming out of Cuba today IMO. Rich and delicious. Mine are from Gut Oct 13. If you can find them at a reasonal price they are well worth it.

Maybe it's time for another box to age, hahaha So I did yesterday night. Surprise, surprise. Just 2,5 months went away but the last third has already changed. I mean drastically. So much more approachable, so much better. It opened up, way more nuances are there, tons more flavor. Still not as clean, not as defined like the first 2, but getting closer to it. Liked it better than before, clearly changed in the last part.
