Ah yes, I remember the ground rules that we had firmly planted during my wife's first pregnancy. Haven't been able to enforce any but I do remember them.

Yeah, the ground rules don't work as the kids aren't aware of them and would disagree if they were.

Toddlers are great. Add ten years and we can talk problems.

Ha, that's what I hear! Little kids, little problems; big kids...

Still a load of fun though!

I enjoyed my son in his toddler years, and now he is 6 years old.

I'm already not looking forward to him growing up as I really enjoy being a dad and hanging out with him every day. Being a parent is such a real pleasure, there may be some days where you can get over it, but for me, it is something I will always cherish.
