El Presidente Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Absolutely love the Bolivar No 3 Tubos. Absolutely hate the Bolivar Number 3 Tubos. I can't get 70% of the boxes to draw properly....and yet when they do they hit a perfect full bodied flavour profile (perfect for me in a 30-40 minute cigar). I am beyond flustered on these. I will never smoke another one again. Mind you I said that last week....and the week prior....and the month prior...but this time I really really mean it!
