What arrested my attention is the suggestion that one individual could consider a whole country as his personal fiefdom. I must not be sufficiently megalomaniac to understand such a concept!

*One has to take with a grain of salt all the stuff told about "some" world leaders. If this is true, hey, who am I to say, "Wait a minute!"? On the other hand one does have to keep in mind that El Commandante` has many entities that find it worth their while to vilify and demonize him at any chance (particularly his friends in south Florida) no matter how true or false the charges or accusations are. Just sayin'.

Not to mention unlimited access to all those Cuban cigars!

Most of us Cubans know this; except the ones with blind folds. Last time I was in Havana we took a bus tour of the city and the driver started telling us how Fidel Castro was richer than Bill Gates.

When I asked how do you know, he said: Because he owns the whole Island and has 11 million Cuban slaves.
