It took me a long time to find the one here, even then it was a long time again as there was no contact details apart from a physical address. I think all shops that do sell them have to be authorised by the company, I reckon if you can find a shop that sells them then a phone call or email their way should pint you in the right direction.

Any information is appreciated, I have been asked to look into this for a local member There is a guy based in Malaysia that does all my Dupont services I've had 4 lighters serviced through him and he does a killer job Basic service of strip, clean and polish is $50au plus any additional parts He offers repaired Duponts through his website if you're in the market for one and has decent connections if you are after a rarer model. You can also get flints and gas through him You can reach him here- http://ziqdupont.blogspot.jp/ Alternativly, if you jump on the Dupont website you can find the details for the Australian service agent They only offer repairs under warrenty though and if you want a basic service on your lighter it will need to go back to France for the service at a charge of $238 plus parts

CaptainQuintero Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Id guess Cartier are similar, the after market care seems to be bug business for lighter companies judging by the prices they charge, but getting the ball rolling and sending your lighter on the way, at least here, is right ball ache!
