That along with copious amounts of Belgian beer. Because it dosent start till 10:30 over here in Ireland i will be having my usual Sunday roast beef dinner. Will post pics tomorrow. It's not from Hatch, which certainly carries the name in chile in our great state, but there are farms much closer to my home that can focus more on quality than the quantity game that now goes with the Hatch name. Don't get me wrong, Hatch still grows great stuff, but I like my guy a little south of Albuquerque better. In any event, I'm quadrupling my recipe for the crew coming over tomorrow.
