If you're looking for flavor the smaller Cuban cigars are where you should look. Bolivar PC, Upmann PC and Partagas Shorts are the most concentrated I have smoked young. gsmoke Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 Some folks have said it, but I'll reiterate as I also came from a mostly Nicaraguan preference (never really liked Dominican too much): Bolivar, Partagas, and Ramon Allones are my favorite lines hands-down. From the tiny minutos on up to the double coronas. Try what you can from those lines and you won't be disappointed.
