KoreanCowboy Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Hello all. I'm very curious to know if there are any Cuban Cigars that are not creamy. I haven't had many Cubans and of the ones I've had, the Ramon Allones 2011 LE was the only one that I've had that wasn't creamy. And I loved that cigar! So, which Cubans are not creamy?
bogglor Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I haven't found much of the Partagas line to be creamy. I would start there.
ramon_cojones Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 partagas shorts are a bit creamy but if you smoke brands like ra, partagas and upmann in general they really aren't, if you're talking montecristo, vr, and such they do have elements of creaminess though i can't be much clearer as I haven't smoked any of those in some time (and i avoid)
Colt45 Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Off the top of my head, Bolivar, RyJ, most Partagas....
CaptainQuintero Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Cream tends to come in with age with a lot of brands, off the top of my head Cuaba Bolivar Punch Ramon Allones RyJ Sancho Panza
KoreanCowboy Posted January 4, 2014 Author Posted January 4, 2014 Thanks for the assistance! I wanted to buy while this latest sale was going on so again, the help is appreciated.
Bahnofstrasse Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 RJ Cazadores...leather, tobacco, earth, full bodied
PapaDisco Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I get a lot of pepper in the Hoyo Epi 2, more so than cream. The R&J #2 is just plain harsh, but I expect that's not what you're looking for.
