Ben Affleck's latest films has seen him in fine acting form (Argo, To the Wonder and Gone Girl). He could pull this off in my opinion...wait and see.

I agree, Affleck is a disappointment, would rather see Adam West

HORRIBLE DECISION, even though everybody was in an uproar when Heath Ledger was picked, that turned out ok, but this will blow up in their faces!

Picture of Aquaman from the upcoming Batman vs Superman movie released today.

I agree.

I liked Christian Bales Batman and admittedly, I wasn't a huge fan of Affleck as Batman (Probably because I'm a HUGE batman fan) but watching the last 5 years or so of Afflecks work, he's turned out to be a great actor and I think he may even be a better batman than bale and yes, that's a VERY early prediction. ;)

Aquaman?

When I was a kid I thought he was the lamest of the super heros. He was pretty much useless unless the bad guy went in the water. Lol.

He got such a bad/goofy rap because of the Silver age and things like the "Super Friends" cartoon.

Right now the character is about one the best written and portrayed in the DC universe. Though the sillyness mythos has stuck with him and most who don't read the books still think of him of this silly guy who talks to fish and is useless on land.

I really hope this movie turns the general opinion of him around, because Aquaman is seriously great when portrayed as he should be.
