I can't remember if it's come up in posts or conversations before, but I just finally watched the "No Reservations" episode that Anthony Bourdain did on Cuba. For HD viewing, it's split into the five below vids on You Tube:

All in all, well worth a watch for those that haven't seen it yet. Yes, it does focus on some of the main tourist restaurants and such, and doesn't get into the heart of Havana / Cuba too much, but still, a rather well-done piece of television.
