Phillys Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I have been scouring the internet for quite some time in search of a high quality flask, it needs to be the metal kind, 6 to 8 oz. Now all the ones I find are cheap, thin, and lack the sturdiness I am looking for. I have 3 cheap ones and am not satisfied. Any of you know of a good brand or where to find some high quality flasks, as I am not looking for a $20 flask, Thanks.
stargazer14 Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I will chime in and say I have moved from the square hip flasks to the current Wentworth round flask I have now and love. I find it so much more comfortable with no hard edges and slips in and out easy. It is 6 oz. (they have a 4oz also) and I am amazed how much it takes out of a 750ml bottle when I fill it! It is 1 inch wide and 3.5 in tall, not including cap. My lady had it engraved with my intials and it was a Christmas gift 2 years ago. Use it often and wouldnt trade it in. Consider round, and the Wentworth has quality items. Around $50. They look awesome new, mine has a great patina and 'character marks' from much use.
dangolf18 Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I got a good one that was included with a bottle of Knob Creek. You can sometimes find bottles that come with flasks at Costco. Nothing fancy, just good sturdy stainless steel.
