jazzbass
What a great film. Thanks for the upload. I fished for years and then I met a buddy who introduced me to fly fishing. He taught me to tie a few flies and then after I caught a few trout with the flies that I had tied I was hooked for a lifetime. It IS a zen sport. Any tension from day to day life you you may feel is gone as soon as you wade into a river and start casting.

Amen ...unless you are fishing with Ken and get hooked through the cheek....
SMQQKIN
The only thing I have found that comes close to comparing to fly fishing is a peaceful/beautiful morning on the golf course. I tried fly fishing in a canyon river once in Oregon as a younger man. The serenity of the sport and being surrounded by the beauty of God's creation was awesome. I didn't catch anything that day and wasn't hooked either. However, maybe another time in another stream. Thanks for sharing.

AndrewNR
I'm not a very patient fishermen.. Never had it in me.. I'd always swim to shore and search the tree's for lizards and the ground for spiders and snakes! Shame seeing as I'm sure there's some heirloom hexegon bamboo lines in my dads wardrobe and have been for as long as i can remember,.
