I have always wanted a nice cigar ashtray. My plastic habanos ashtray i got in cuba has served me well but the cigar rests dont accomodate larger ring gauges. I was keen on getting one of the black and gold "la casa del habano" ashtrays but find them too pricey. So i went for one of these instead.

Its a genuine byron (i think) made in spain. I will post some picks with a lit co-ro resting on it when the weather pics up a bit, maybe next summer...

I should aslo add that i wanted of those metal "egg carton" styles but hard to get in europe. American sites wont ship over and the ones on ebay look quite cheap.

Hope you like the pic folks!

Many thanks.

Looks really nice. Break out the big ring gauges.

Haha it's true about these new ashtrays. The holes get bigger and bigger! I have a crystal ashtray that I was gifted, made circa '70-'80s, that holds cigars no bigger than 42 rg. Literally useless now haha

Regardless, it is a beautiful ashtray.

Looks beautiful mate, Great speakers sitting back there and humidor too! I love seeing how people that gravitate to certain things are the kind of people that just take time in enjoying the good things in life! was perhaps only a month ago I lashed out and bought myself an ashtray too after seeing it in a cigar shop many years ago. They're quite an investment for something you ash a cigar in really, But they are beautiful

Thanks mate, the speakers are yamaha hs-80ms (studio monitors) running through a 12 channel yamaha mixing desk. The sound from those things is immense, really accurate. Its such a versatile setup anything that makes sound is hooked up to it. Tv, ps3, ipod, laptop etc.

love that ashtray. I was debating on that one and the triangular monte one. I ended up getting the triangular monte one for my bday.

My GF got me the same ashtray for my Birthday 2 years ago an I just love it. I take good care of it and it still looks like new and it is used very often.
