brazoseagle Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Berkshire Pork Tenderloin, wrapped in a woven blanket of home cured bacon, seasoned and smoked for 6 hours! So Juicy! Served with cheddar jalapeño hash browns.

It's shredded potato, mixed with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and minced jalapenos, pan fried into little brown crispy cakes in a skillet with butter.
