Anyone in the states recommend where to get blank cigar bands? I'd preferably like ones that have some sort of adhesive already on them. Let me know and thanks in advance.

I don't do this much so actually buying labels to scrawl on has never crossed my mind.

This is what I have done once in a while. I cut strips of parchment paper. The stuff that Lady Piggy cooks cookies on! It is not wax but something like vellum and pretty cheap. It has no oil or residue on it. I have narrow labels for folder tabs for my computer label printer. I write detail on the computer that I can actually read sometime in the future, attach about a 1/4 of the label to the paper and wrap the paper tight to the cigar where the label contacts it and holds it in place. The label then, never touches the cigar and slips right off when you want it to.

Excellent idea! Thanks for sharing. I never would have thought of this.

David at Heartfelt has blank bands with adhesive.

Emailed him this morning to confirm if the adhesive covers the whole label or just a small portion? Don't want the adhesive touching the cigar wrapper. Also wanted to know up to what ring gauge the bands cover?

Cut a slice of a Post-it note. Works up to 46RG without the adhesive touching the wrapper.

Patrick, I use those Heartfelt ones, and they're perfect and exactly what you want. The adhesive is just on the last 1/2" of one end, and they'll work for up to about a 55 or 56 ring gauge cigar.

How many do you need? I've got a pack of about 100 or so left, and I'm probably not going to use them up. I can send them to you if you need/want, just PM me your address, if you haven't already ordered some.
