Bone marrow... it's not just for the dogs

Pork tenderloin. Smoked for one hour to 150F internal temp. Then finished off at 600F to get a little sear.

Great Post!!!!! I have written poetry about bone marrow! There are few things better spread on some toasted points than a well rendered glob of cow butter!
