kafreeman Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Before and after.... I think the biggest difference is my ears got bigger.
sloth Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 i'm out.. still 20lbs lighter than when we started... but I've gain 10lbs in the last month.
Chunks96ss Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Just saw that I missed the deadline anyway I weighed in at 300lbs I lost a about 28lbs I probably didn't make it to the top 10 but I'm happy I lost the weight good job everybody hopefully I keep losing weight and keep smoking more cigars, lol
thechenman Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Doh...posting late I'm afraid. Haven't been on the forum as regularly as I would like. Been steadily working out and dieting. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, but I'll post up a pic tonight. I'm weighing in around 194lbs now...still have some work to go to hit my goal of 175lbs. Still...I believe I've lost about 40 or 45lbs since this competition started. Don't think that will be enough to win on a percentage basis, but I definitely look and feel better...what better reward can you have than that? Thanks Prez... Here's the photo of the new lighter me, or at least my feet on the scale...
CanuckSARTech Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Missed the deadline here, and won't be able to weigh and photo for a few days yet. Last I weighed myself, about a week and a half ago, I was at about 254 lbs, just a bit under I think from where I started. Progress was definitely delayed over the last few months - had a fairly serious/worrisome knee injury at work, which took me off the normal workout program at the academy, and definitely hampered my efforts to push my cardio workouts. Just getting back going into things again now, so it should all be flowing smoothly for my cardio into the end of summer.
scroggers Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 OK I never really got going with this. Not sure why I would have really like to have those cigars. Oh well I only lost 5 lbs total but since I started working out I feel better just don't look any different.
Orion21 Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I started at 212.5 lbs and this morning in my birthday suite I was 199.5 lbs. I started off like gangbusters losing 10 pounds in the first couple of months, but didn't have the dedication to add exercise like I should have to continue to lose. I did drop two inches off of my waste and I have more energy. After our daughter is born in August my wife and I are joining a local health club to REALLY get in shape. My goal is stud status by my 33rd birthday in about a year and a half
chr0nic Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 You guys are all awesome... some really good results here- though this event should have been sponsored by a bathroom-scale company; by the end of the post I'd seen so many different models I have a hankering to go out and buy a new set I too wish I had been in time to join this- perhaps the next one. I need to drop around 10kg to participate in Tough Mudder end of September... we are all signed up. Lately I've been dieting and cycling\jogging but, as this thread proves, there is nothing like comradery and a common goal to get results! Well done to you all, massive effort!

Never heard of tough mudder till I clicked your link. Interesting, might see if some work mates are interested in the Sydney February event.
El Presidente Posted July 19, 2012 Author Posted July 19, 2012 Firstly congratulations to one and all who have achieved or got close to their goals There have been some massive efforts by those below who have completed the competition. Well done Fullbodied Contact me when you are ready to select your prize. I will provide a great cigar for the other 9 who finished. You each deserve a reward . E-mail me
