So im pretty sure that I speak for many people regarding those awful govt. warning stickers...

We hate them, simple as.

Obviously the sterling service from rob and his crew is unquestionable, and i know its the law to have the stickers on down under.

Having an aristocrat humidor with a glass front, i like to display my boxes and i admire some of the artwork on dress boxes like bolivar and HDM. I tried to peel the stickers off but it actually made them look worse, as they left the adhesive/paper residue.

What i was thinking is there a way to maybe produce another set of stickers that match the same size as the varying aussie warning stickers? The stickers could have anything on them, but i think it would be great to have the czar logo or the FOH logo, they could even be pictures things like factorys or general pics of cuba.

I know it would be illegal to apply the stickers to the box and then ship it, but it would be no hassle to apply the stickers ourselves im sure. I would also be happy to pay extra for it no problem.

I would also be proud to display the both the czar and FOH emblems on any of my boxes.

Just a thought, feedback from yourselves would be great.

Rob, Smithy, Di, Lisa. Keep up the fantastic work. Your all legends!!!

I don't have a display humi but i hate the stickers anyway and always peel them off

I find the trick with them is to carefully lift along one edge until you can get hold of the sticker across its entire length and then slowly peel off in as straight a line as possible. They will usally come away in one piece without too much damage to the printing on the box and with no bits of glue/paper left behind.

^^^^^^ Seriously good idea. How are the government dirt bags to know once they have flown the coop? Screw these bureaucratic sissy goodie-two-shoes!

Some really positive feedback...

Are there any graphic designers on the boards who could maybe do a few quick mock ups?

I think we should run with this, will be interesting to hear the thoughts of rob and smithy etc.

The warning stickers Mexico requires are far worse. They cover one side of the box and the entire bottom with a black sticker with yellow warnings, and a rather large picture of something "scary" on the top such as a dead rat, open heart surgery, etc.

Nasty stickers indeed.
