cigcars Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 So many books; Sooo many movies made from those books. Only Stephen King's stuff is that prolific. One helluva man. He will me missed. Take rest my dear fantasy angel
mazolaman Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 A great author, his most famous novel Faranheit 451 is a classic dystopian book.
Fuzz AI Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 A great author indeed. I remember being introduced to his books by my Japanese teacher, Mr Yalichev. He'd read a few of the short stories from "The Illustrated Man" every once in a while. Marrionettes Inc. was my favourite.
TWalker Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 Really sad. He was an excellent writer and storyteller. RIP, mr. Bradbury.
Rushman Posted June 7, 2012 Author Posted June 7, 2012 I had a chance to see him do a reading when I was living in LA a few years back. Very down to earth guy. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=20.631594,-87.070617
bolivr Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Sad news. I grew up reading his novels which had a big impact on me. The concepts and themes were beyond anything I had ever read before. RIP
