The rib eyes I are about an inch thick, good marbling, etc I will update with more pictures as time goes on preparing step one thought this was interesting 200% satisfaction? these steaks better be damn good

Also the label goes into a lot of Health & Safety detail, a lot more than we'd have in the UK. I guess better consumer protection arising from a more litigious society. Going to follow this closely. jrb5783 Posted May 31, 2012 Author Posted May 31, 2012 about 14 hours till cooking time I just flipped the steaks over and to my surprise some how I went from 4 steaks to 3 steaks. While I was in downtown pittsburgh all day my dad took it upon himself to cook one. I guess he couldn't wait. Here's a pic of the 3 remaining steaks they have turned a nice dark red color now and nice crust has developed on the surface. i'll post a picture of the black bear tomorrow
jrb5783 Posted May 31, 2012 Author Posted May 31, 2012 took the steaks out of the fridge at 2 pm as i planned to cook them at 4 pm right of the fridge after 2 and a half hours at hour temp the crustiness is at full force 500 degrees F looks good to me crusty mmmmhhh cooking time flipped them over OMG fire fire fire done cooking tenting after 10 minutes of tenting there was a actual pool off wonderful meat juices laying on one of my steaks sorry to those who thought i was going to photograph the eating process the steaks was just to damn good to put my fork down to take pictures and for kevin (Ophidion) the black bear the resides in my living room

Because I foresee massive amounts of cigars being burned to the ground this weekend
