Who's watching?

It's been an interesting opening few days. Rose injury and Grizz choking.

We all know it's entertainment over sport essentially but it's still a reasonable watch. Hoping my Spurs can get up and win another ring.

This is going to be a wild one!

My Magic are missing D-Howard, but are playing pretty well all things considered- even to the extent that no longer sure we should Van Gundy and keep chasing DH, who is also now "damaged goods". Anyhow, I hope the magic can pull of another upset tonight.

The Bulls are in deep ****.

The Celtics game was great to watch. Rondo has a big suspension coming. His level of rage and the intentional bump deserve more than one game in my mind. I would say 2-3 plus $25k or more. And, that is only because it is the playoffs. During the regular season, I think he would get 5 games...

Miami came back from a big deficit and then crushed them. LeBron sat out an entire quarter. Can't believe they won't make it to at least the final four...

Bulls wont have much difficulty getting through the first round...Gonna run into some serious problems the deeper they go. Boston also better get their head straight after Rondo just got a game suspension. Not how you want to start your first round.

Love to see OKC take the title this season

I would love to see the best PF, Timmy Duncan to get his 5th ring and maybe even retire on a succesful note. For the first time since 07 I think we've got a good chance though Heat really worry me. I don't think OKC will take the west just because Westbrook and Durant can be chuckers at times and as seen the other night turn the ball over too much.

I'm a Laker fan, but can we all just agree that as long the Heat don't win it's been a good year?

I agree wholeheartadly. I don't mind Wade but he has a ring but I dislike LeChoke very much

Come on man after the season the Canes had and for the decades the Dolphins have stunk I need this one. Born a fan, back then Rony Seikaly was our center. Wasn't last years break down enough to make you happy.

Admittedly my hatred of the Heat is not rational. I enjoyed watching them lose almost as much as watching the Lakers' championships. "The Decision" and then the "Not 1, not 2, not 99.." was just so over-the-top celebratory before they'd done anything. I hate Boston, but I respect them; I can't respect the Heat.

Completely unrelated...great game right now between OKC and Dallas.

Got a pretty high stakes bet going with a guy at work on the Pacers Magic series. I've been calling the Pacers one of the most under rated teams all season, but he's confident the Pacers will choke now it's the playoffs. Gotta say at 1-1 I'm a little nervous.

Tin Duncan has been playing like he did 10 years ago. The Big 3 are tough to beat now. And the SPURS bench goes very deep. They are my local team so naturally I want them to take it all.

Yep great to see Patty Mills getting some court time under Popovich and now playing for a team that has a real chance to win it all.

Hey...how about them Kings? Oh wait...we're talking basketball? Go Lakers!. Been a diehard Laker fan ever since my dad took my brother to watch the Showtime Lakers at the Great Western Forum. I'm pulling for the Lakers to win it all. And all biases aside, the Lakers looked great in their first game.

Bulls are done. Mavericks are done. Celtics are done. Knicks are done.

I don't hate the Heat, I just can't stand LeBron. I'd be happy to see any team win the Championship as long as he isn't on it.

Speaking of the Heat...what do you guys think of the rumors that the Heat are thinking of getting rid of Wade and keeping just Lebron and Bosch?

Patty Mills is the real deal, shame to see that he's not getting as much coverage as he deserves.

After scoring 18 points and grabbing 7 rebounds as Knicks drop Game 2 to Heat, 104-94, Stoudemire punches glass cover encasing fire extinguisher cutting his left hand. He is ruled out for Game 3 and doubtful for Game 4.

I like NY and have been trying to like Stoudemire but this temper tantrum is too much. He has let down the team, let down the fans and he's on a $100,000,000 contract! Trade him!

The Spurs finished the regular season 50-16 and tied the Chicago Bulls for the best record in the NBA. Spurs beat the Jazz 106 to 91 in Game 1 and Game 2 is at 6 p.m. tonight.

Jazz point guard Devin Harris says Parker might get "a hard foul or two" in Game 2. Parker says "bring it on". :2thumbs:

Heat have Wade and LeBron, but everywhere else weak. Bosh is pitiful on defence. Battier is okay. They really don't have the spread that the Spurs have. Heat are too one dimensional I reckon. Leonard on Wade is a good match up and Captain Jack on Lebron is okay too. Everywhere else there are mis-matches. Spurs v Heat finals. Spurs to win in 6, providing Splitter's wrist injury allows him to play vs Memphis next round

BUMP!

Great game today. Heat scratched out a win but still can't solve Rondo - 44 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds, 3 steals, played the entire game and scored all 12 of their points in the OT. Must be tough to play a game where you do everything right but still can't get the win. Looking forward to the series going to Boston.

... and The Spurs! on a 20 game win streak. Incredible. Don't think they are going to sweep the Thunder though. Can't believe some sports writers seem to have already written them off. As above looking forward to the series going to OKC.

Heat are really going to need Bosh back for any chance at whatever team comes out of the west.... assuming they get past Boston first of course.

I am as big a Celtics Fan as they come, and I truely believe the Celts are just too beat up and lost too many players to beat that Heat. That being said, The Celts are Warriors and should have won that game last night, the Refs are worst I have seen in a long time. (Entire NBA has horrible officiating) LeBUM gets all the calls, Celts were robbed on 2 no calls where Rhondo Dove on the floor and got called for a foul on LeBum, then Wade Face Racked Rhondo on a drive, went uncalled and lead to Heat Fast break that essentially won the game in OT.. JEEZZZZZZZZ. ROBBED!!! I hate the REFS!!
