Last I saw of him was at 1am this morning stating he wanted to start and end the Cigar Underground Network Terra Australis in one big bang! Don't know what that means but no doubt we will be seeing him on the news tonight. In the meantime I am plotting my ascent to the position of El Presidente while he is missing.
