And hey, dung happens.

Rob and I (and Smithy and I, and Diana and I - my bad, sorry guys!) had a number of e-mails back and forth with this last night. About all the confusion and whatnot with this situation, and the waitlist and orders, and all that jazz. Dude, I was FRUSTRATED, and just absolutely needed to vent. Frustrated, yes, but Rob went to great lengths to explain it individually to me, which I honestly know he really didn't NEED to do (I'm just one of many with this).

But I can't tell you the times I've wished for a simple explanation for someone explaining a mistake somewhere in some past business dealings I've had, rather than the good ol' towing of the company line, and some PR double-speak. Rob discussed it with me (which he did NOT absolutely have to do - he was more than generous in the amount of time, and lengthy typing it took, to explain the whole kit and kaboodle to me). That's a huge show of integrity and respect in my books - not many business people have it anymore, nor the amount of customer-relations accumen that he presented to me, especially with this situation. He did not need to invest/waste/spend his time discussing it all so much with me, just to get me to shut up! LOL.

The situation sucks a bit. But, c'est la vie. Sometimes mixups happen, accidental or not, big businesses or little businesses, doesn't matter. If the product's not there, it's just not there - I know he can't make it just instantly show up to fill all of our whims every time we immediate ask (ohhhh, but sometimes, how I WISH!!! )

However, the way Rob's presented it to a corrective point, just makes me that much more sure that I'm putting the majority of my cigar-spending dollars in the right spot. Makes me want to buy that many MORE boxes.

So......all you bastards get in line!!!!! I'll be buying (when able ) more and MORE of these now!!!!! LOL.
