So far the Celestiales have been good and the 5er of PL Encantos I got smell incredible, though I haven't had a chance to smoke one yet. Given how widely the RE program has been panned -- is Pacific Cigar just much better at choosing blends for its regional cigars?

All the UK RE have been exceptional cigars too, I wonder which regions have been resonsible for the 'bad'
