Interested to see if anybody does know of one. You could always take the photos to a good cabinet maker and have it custom built, but custom built furniture can be expensive to the point that $2500 for shipping may start looking reasonable. ..or you could always try alibaba, their shipping rates are generally good, and minimum quantities for orders are generally bs.
