Pilgrims Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Is there a particular reason there has never been a video review of anything from Sancho Panza's, rather thinning, range? Just wondered...
cigcars Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Probably because it's so mild and eccentric...as far as a tad "different than usual" flavor from the rest of the classic Habanos. The most rewarding Sancho Panza I've had (among the Belicoso and Sancho size) was the little Non-Plus. As a Habano name brand cigar I guess you could say it's "so-so" as far as flavor and aroma

When I started to get seriously in this hobby, the Molinos was considered one of the best lonsdale. The corona, the CG and the Sanchos have consistently received the best reviews from cigar magazines in France. Not long ago you could find almost all the line in every spanish estancos… And the best box of lonsdales I've ever had was a box of Molinos from 1997…
Wicky Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 The Beli and Molinos have always been a favorite of mine. I don't think "different" is necessarily a bad thing.
android Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 I'm very fond of the SP marque...the coronas are outstanding and complex smoke.
asmith Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Could you image Ken going off the minute Rob and I turn up for a video review with a Sancho Panza Non Plus, Ken would lose it.
mazolaman Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Had a box of Bacherilles from 05,which were really good, with a rich saltiness to them, unusual, which for me is good.

cigcars Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 If there is a God in heaven he will help Smithy and Rob make this happen, on film. Good one, doc!
tmac77 Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Reason enough?!?! Could sell tickets to watch that review. If only for Ken's reaction.
asmith Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 If there is a God in heaven he will help Smithy and Rob make this happen, on film. That is a good idea, I will set up the camera have it all rolling then tell Ken what we are smoking. Thats a plan!
