coblos Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 Hi FOH, Started smoking cigars about 12 months ago and have been lurking around these forums reading and learning now for quite a while. Thought it time to make a post and start contributing. Cigars for me kind of started as a joke. I Worked for a tough Manager through some big projects who's favourite quote was "It's not time for back slapping yet". After hitting several big milestones and hearing the same quote over and over we the workers decided he was wrong and it was time to break out the Congac and the Cubans and with or without him he were going to celebarate our acheivements. So what was pretty much a running joke led me to my first ever cigar, a Monte#4. That's how it started and now having developed an appreciation for fine cigars I assume it never ends? Having smoked my way through quite a few sample packs and now boxes both CCs and NCs since. Now looking to build my own cabinet humidor so as the design comes together I'll probable be looking for some answers and feedback on the design and science of good humidors. So hello and thank you for the information I have already gained through this forum.

Welcome mate, sounds like you and the guys have the right priority - we are here only for a short time, let's make sure it's a good time, eh. Hope you post some reviews and pictures as you work on the humi!
