Now we all know the story about one drunken night in Havana when Rob gave away his Oris Carlos Coste LE for a life time supply of Mojitos. Seemed like a good idea at the time, the barman Elvis was very happy and Rob has since had some regrets about the deal he struck at 3 in the morning.

However I think I may have made an interesting discovery. Tough times may have hit Elvis an the bar and he has had to sell the watch. As I was reading the article about one of Cuba's great Guayaberas makers, here is the link to the post on the forum;

Now I'm not sure how many of you took a close look at the images on the side but here is one that caught my eye, is that guy wearing Rob's watch?

Just bought two guayaberas for my brother & in-law! They think the world has gone and stopped just for them!

To be honest, though the watches do share some similiarity, when you zoom in they are different. Guerra's watch is square shaped instead of circular like the Oris. Also, the bracelet is metal whereas the Oris looks like the rubber type.

You're absolutely right Fuzz, but I still prefer to say it's Rob's watch and see what happens ;)

I'd love to believe in the fantasy that the watch is being passed around in trade for a life time supply of whatever. Rob traded it for mojitos, Elvis traded it for guayaberas, Emiliano will trade it for coffee beans, and so on and so on until it comes back to Rob.
