JUNIOR COURSE

Is the basic course of the Academy. The main objective of this first level is to gain by participating, minimal and basic knowledge about the product. This course is organized by the exclusive distributor in each market and given by the trainer of each company. After completing the course the exclusive distributor in each market provides the participants with a diploma.

Main brands of Habanos

Main areas Cuban cigar

Cultivation, collection and benefit of snuff,

Vitolario and packaging of Habanos

SENIOR COURSE

To receive this course is required to have completed the Junior level, and also organized and conducted by the exclusive distributor of the market. At the end of this intermediate level, the student has become more specialized knowledge about the product. Knowledge acquired by students are supported by a certificate signed by the exclusive distributor and trainer of the market.

The subjects taught are:

Differentiation of Habanos brands

Habanos brands and flavors

Special Productions Habanos

The Marketing of Cigars: new products, specials, Limited Editions, Regional Issues, Vintage concept, and others

THE MASTER COURSE TAUGHT BY ROB AYALA

Is the top level of the Academy Habanos and is organized and delivered by Habanos SA To receive it is required to have attended the 2 previous years, ie, the student must be endorsed by the trainers and managers in their respective markets with the Junior and Senior level.

Course is the most complete and specialized Habanos Academy since the subjects taught cover all the processes that make the long journey del Habano, from cultivation to marketing. It consists of a comprehensive program to train specialized developers in the Habano, ranging from visits to plantations of Cuba's main tobacco-growing areas to activities of crooked practices, cigar tastings, tastings and pairings. In addition the participant acquires important insights into logistics, marketing, distribution, legal issues, communication of Havana, La Casa del Habano franchise and other issues of greater specialization.

At the end of this level Habanos SA delivers a Diploma, signed by the management of Operational Marketing, the trainer of Habanos SA and carries the official stamp of the company that officially credited to the participant as a professional promoter Habano culture.

Here in Russia this program is already running. Several retailers in Moscow have already received the title of Senior. As for Masters course - I know nothing. Great programm!
