jmasterj Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 I thought this was interestingly obsurd! MeatGlue - YouTube
Ghabanos Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 OMG, this is terrifying.... must share this with others everywhere...
headstand Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Eeek! Find a farmer and make him your friend is what I say...thanks for sharing.
Fuzz Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 To be perfectly honest, this has been around for decades. It is mainly used in processed food (ever wondered how they get square ham loaf?). It's not as common as the vid would have you believe, but it is in practice.
Ghabanos Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 that's why my parents have been telling me to stay away from the processed stuff... they are right once again...damn it...
CaptainQuintero Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Hurray for the EU! (for once) Is it wrong that I'm hungry now?
Habanos2000 Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 my company used to use that stuff in a previous project. The people involved didn't really appreciate the term "meat glue", they preferred to call the process "bonding". Personally I don't care for it, but really if you're going to eat parts of an animal anyway it's no big deal.
