If only I had my camera with me, but in a pottery shop in the marina in Cabo San Lucas I came across the very rare gems. I almost paid the $100 just to have them to show you guys. It was amazing and when asked if they were any good, the lady simply replied "the best."

Oh yeah, they were doubled banded and the limitada band was silver and black and the Behike band was horrendous!

I really hope no one falls for those!

And I hope you enjoyed your visit. My wife is afraid to go back to Mexico anytime in the near future.

*While we're on the subject, if you want to see something truly garish, just look at a badly done counterfeited Fuente Fuente Opus X cigar band...absolutely nightmarish!! :daydream:

Pre release "this and that" always get me to smile :daydream:

There was just a big hubub on another cigar forum about some phony "pre-release" Cohiba 1966s and MC GRs that were going around. You have to really wonder how someone falls prey for this scam, especially when the real deal will be available in less than 60 days through trusted vendors.

Sometimes people just can't resist what they percieve to be a "great" deal. Like P.T. Barnum said..."There's a sucker born every minute."
