jedipastor Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 I love full-bodied cigars, which is why it took me so long to get into Cubans (there's nothing like a good Nicaraquan when you need that kick!). Then I found some stronger Habanos, and really started getting into them. In general I find Bolivar and Partagas to be the strongets marcas in terms of both body and strength ... and it helps that they're delicious . Among those, the Party 898v and P2 are to me the best (people talk of the D4 being strong, but I've never found that to be the case), and the Boli CE is consistantly the fullest Cuban I smoke (and, not coincidentally, my favorite as well). The Boli PC is pretty strong too. Besides those, the Trinidad Robusto T is stronger than I expected--pretty spicy for a Cuban--and the Reyes is usually med-full as well. They're not as strong as any of the above, though, and I smoke them when I want something spicier in the morning. I was also surprised by the HdM Petite Robusto, though it was pretty fresh. Of course, everyone talks about the R&J Cazzie, but I've not had the pleasure as of yet. A fresh Monte #4 is of course a pepper bomb ... but not in a good way, lol. Eeeewww! After some rest, they can be strong or not ... I've only smoked like 6 or 7, and it's the most inconsistant cigar I've ever had. Too bad I got an amazing one once, lol, because I know I'll keep chasing it now
