Deserts, whiskey and cognacs are my weakness. I love them to bits.

Ideal after dinner filler is crispy shell canolli followed by 2 or 3 serves of Hennessy Paradis!

for me,for English clssics,all pure stodge!

butchers made proper Cumberland sausage.

roast beef yorkshire puddings,

apple crumble and custard.

and with a bottle of Timothy Taylor landlord...pork scratchings!

saying their names makes my arteries clog...

Pork Scratchings packet open on the bar with every round, got to have hairs still on them though.
