asmith Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 A couple of great ages cigars up against each other. May also be the last review from Ken's deck.
El Presidente Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 I have to say I loved doing this review. Two of the finest cigars in a long time All hail the long and Skinny!
Ken Gargett Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 thanks to rick, great idea and we loved doing it. best trinnie i've ever seen by a mile. and rob made me go through more costume changes than a jackson, before he was happy.
Colt45 Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Thanks guys - looking forward to the next installment.
android Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Nice guys...looking forward to the Cohiba review.
Mr.T Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Loved watching this one fellas....nice job. Good to see some visibility for the long and skinnies.
thechenman Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Nice review guys. Gotta say...even though I've never had the opportunity to smoke such vintage Trinis or Cohibas, I have to admit that the Cohiba Lancero has really never done it for me. I actually much prefer the Trinidad Fundadore. Glad to see that it came out on top in the end.
Colt45 Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 is smithy ever going to get to part two? Ken.......... Link
Ken Gargett Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 Ken..........Link ross, many thanks. smithy, apols. must have snuck through during the floods.
Colt45 Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 smithy, apols. must have snuck through during the floods. Smithers, er, Smithy was a stalwart - water wings, dinosaur floaty, and fully inflated airline life vest - he held down the fort and did us proud.

jedipastor Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 This review was great, guys. Not only do I love lanceros, but I love seeing aged cigar reviews because, as a Habanos newbie, I don't know what to expect from these cigars long-term. Can anybody comment on the newer versions of these cigars and how they stack up?
aavkk Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Awesome review and that was incredibly generous Rick. Also, Ken I have to say that Stonecroft was among our favorite wineries throughout the whole country let alone Gimblett Gravels. Their blend Ruihani was brilliant and very well priced.
