Forum Slow / Not Loading?

Is anyone else having this problem? All other sites load normally, but FOH has been extremely slow / not wanting to load for me today.

This is how it acted right before the "Great Server Crash" of 2010.

It was like that for me as well earlier today, but right now it seems to be working fine.

Make sure you check the following:

1 - if you are hardwired, make sure the cable is plugged in correctly

2 - If you are connected wirelessly, you are not sitting outside.

3 - make sure your monitor on.

4 - make sure you are visiting the correct website.

5 - I can't believe I just wasted 20 seconds writting this reply.

Thanks Elie. I don't know what it is - my Commodore 64 with low speed dial up is usually pretty good.

Wow...you have a Commodore 64...I'd love to get that upgrade...I'm still using a TRS-80 from Radio Shack. Getting damn tired of this monochrome monitor...

Extremely slow and locking up loading pages, around 11:10 pm EDT (East coast, Canada) - what looks to be at about 1:10 pm in the afternoon, Brisbane time.

Ping tests on this end seem more than okay, and server speed tests over here seem fine too.

Forum is very slow yet again in loading etc.

Maybe a new server is in order?

Yeah, I PM'd Refresh about it early this morning - it's been on and off like this for the past 36 hours now. Keep getting 5-10 minutes of greatness, and then 5-10 minutes of crap.

Refresh has another thread going about this - he asked for PM's about it.

This whole last week, seems like things are hit or miss with loading times. Sometimes, it's relatively fast. But, more often than not, I'm sitting waiting for a page to load up, taking 2 minutes sometimes. Have no other issues with various other webpages to check.
